Demo · our own test page
Before and after, on our own test page.
The page below is our own synthetic test page, built with deliberate issues. It is not a customer site.
How this was made: we wrote the fix by hand and made this comparison by hand, running the same seven checks on the page before and after. It shows how results change. It is not accessibility clearance.

What still remains
"No issue found" on all seven checks doesn't mean the page is accessible. On the fixed page, a local axe-core 4.14.0 run still reports:
landmark-one-main: the page has no main landmark (1 element).region: content isn't contained in landmarks (6 elements).frame-tested: incomplete, the frame's content needs a manual check.
Those fall outside our seven checks. Contrast, keyboard use and focus aren't tested here either.
