Use seven source checks as a starting point, with code examples and a separate list of browser checks. The checklist is a general learning resource, not a scan of your website.

Understand the report
Each observed finding includes source evidence and a suggested next step. A check with no matching elements is marked not tested. Zero findings does not mean a page is accessible.
Open a generated synthetic example, or check your own public page. Download an anonymous preview before leaving or reloading its tab.
Go beyond automated checks
W3C WAI Easy Checks provides a first review of accessibility. WAI image guidance explains meaningful text alternatives, and WAI form guidance covers labels.
For legal context, read the DOJ web accessibility guidance. For current state and local government web-rule dates, use the DOJ Title II fact sheet. ADAflags does not determine which legal rules apply to your organization.
Accessibility on this site
Display & reading preferences let you choose color theme, text size, spacing, font, reading width and motion. Settings stay in this browser and can be reset at any time. The site also follows your system's reduced-motion preference.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to follow links, and Space to activate buttons. The first link skips to the main content. Close the preferences window with Escape; focus returns to the button that opened it.
Local read-aloud is offered only when your browser provides a local English voice. It does not start automatically and does not send report text to a cloud voice. Your own browser reading tools and screen reader remain available.
Our target and current limits
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Display options alone do not establish conformance. Independent conformance review and testing with people who use assistive technology have not been completed.
Our scanner still performs seven source-HTML checks. Display preferences do not expand those checks or certify your website. Downloaded HTML reports include their own display controls; settings on the business domain and the ChatGPT-hosted domain are stored separately.
